That raises an interesting point, because you have to value the fact that they own a little more than half of AX... but not sure if that means a thing when it comes to valuing GX given the debt level.

(edit: I had always thought that if just such an instance came up of putting on a 'pairs' trade of shorting AX buying GX for the value... but that wouldn't work because I always suppose that GX could go bellyup while AX remains in biz, causing a double-whammy to anyone who did the trade)
