Face it, Don, there wouldn't be a reverse split even proposed if current racey management didn't have the votes to carry it. There's no turning this mgmt YOU all voted in up [the US shareholders had no voice by Canadian law] Sammy Sat Here is going to be run into the ground and the leftovers of C$20mil. pocketed. Say, I have an idea... The USA representative, Rod Steel, from the glassy corner office down here in Portland, OR, didn't EVER utter that we US shareholders were emasculated from all the pleadings and votings et al. Maybe that's grounds for suing HIM...hey Alan, you got a good securities attorney???
