HJ, I think the lawsuits against Meeker seem more of a stretch than the one brought against Blodget.

Next, I think the lawyers will go after star athletes and make the connection that their high salaries had nothing to do with competitive offers but the implied promise that they would bring championships.

Or, they will go after celebrity endorsers when people are disappointed that they can't play golf as well as Tiger even though they are using the products he endorses.
