Wait a minute, neocon said there was a low risk and we were just going steady:

"The Washington Department of Health and the Department of Social and Health Services share a common objective of reducing unintended pregnancies in Washington State by three percent per year. In 1996-97, for Washington State overall, 38% of all births were unintended at the time of conception.

Like uhhh, what's this kid doing here. I mean uh like, I'm going steady with somebody else now, so it doesn't count does it? I mean that girl was nice and all but we both agreed it wasn't meant to be for us dude. So uh.... like my new girl friend is pregnant so what am I s'posed ta do man.

Thirty eight percent is pretty close to a coin toss. What was the principle you were basing all this on btw?
