I would think on the average people who normally have sex only in committed relationships may be less likely to cause a pregnancy because they may be more responsible and careful then those that sleep around a lot. But
there is no difference in the actual likelihood of a pregnancy if the same care is taken in both situations. Some people might even be less careful in a committed relationship because they feel the risks for STDs are less.
