FWIW: My take on the CC and the company restructure:

Revenues up nicely to $4.2mm; SG&A up as well by 21%; all the income through the hyperTV platform; either as digital services ~40% Or licensing ~60%.

Chris Cline- spoke about revenues and expense items. Very focused on the expense side; burn rate $14.2 Qtr 2 with target of $10mm in Q3. Through exit of certain low margin business and a 25% reduction in headcout, seems doable.

Dave Reese - Spoke of the restructuring of the company and realignment into 3 bus sectors; service, products and licensing. Discounting the previous regimes focus on branding.

Disney - discovery process over on Aug. 31; decision on trial near that time.

AT&T Broadband - integration into HITS complete; integration into GMST IPG complete. To paraphrase Reese, 'to launch in Aurora the product must be integrated into he GMST IPG first, since that product acts as a "resource manager" for the STB. (very good news for GMST as well)

Takeaway? Company is very focused on the expense side. Does not wish to hype AT&T Broadband agreement in anyway while conceeding their hopes for future national release.

Analysts in attendence: Spencer Wang, Catherine Skelly and Stacy Forbes.

Person most missing: Bill S. not even mentioned. Anyone out there think that was a mere oversight? Anyone out there think the major shareholders weren't involved in the purge? If so, I have a bridge to sell you.

Later,
c.w.
