I say that the differing standards by county and by day led to differing results. Those differences in the counties treated the votes of all FL citizens differently, not uniformly, depending on where the votes were cast. This injured not only FL voters but also the rest of us because a very likely result was to skew the totals, makes no difference which way.....

Question 1: And this differs from the original count in what way? 67 counties, 67 standards.
Question 2: Even supposing the totals were skewed, how does an unpredictable skewing without discriminatory intent harm any voters? You really have to show that the results would favor one candidate over the other.
