Okay, if you don't want to talk about it any more. I had just hoped that a lawyer might be able to articulate those "compelling reasons". Actually, I think you have -- when you talk about "changing the rules" -- the reasons are just not contained in the logic of Bush v. Gore. Another reason for disliking the decision in my book; it gives false arguments for extra-judicial motives.
