15:58 ET Market Action : Heavy buying in the Nasdaq Triple-Qs into the close on talk of a major tech sector upgrade tonight or tomorrow morning I would say Microsoft or Intel...Take your pick.<g> I am beginning to give a higher chance on MSFT (75% MSFT and 25% Intel--imho)and Merrill Lynch because of today's ruling and the fact that the stock has pulled back already. An upgrade out of Ashok Kumar on Intel would be mean the Nasdaq will rocket. He called the top on the stock. However, my hunch is that it will probably be someone else. Blodgett or Dan Niles would be my guesses if the rumors turn out to be true.
