Addi, the long and short of it is that you fervently believe in the Greater Fool Theory and you believe it will work for you.

As for me, I wouldn't count on something like that. I would rather buy a stock today and expect another equally reasonable and sensible investor to buy it from me 10 or 15 or 20 years hence, at a price higher than what I paid for it.

I aim for 15% annualized returns over long periods of time. If I get more than that, I will consider myself not intelligent, but lucky.

If you haven't yet realized how difficult it is to generate 15% annualized returns over long periods of time, you will, at some point in your life.
