Bush would easily win a two man race with Clinton. Easily. Clinton was not a commanding presence like Reagan.

Only one person elected Clinton in 1992 and 1996 and that was Perot, w/o Perot Clinton would never have won.

And remember, Clinton left office with the lowest numbers since Carter.

Even Gore insists Clinton cost him the election.
