Actually, I believe your September target has significant potential. It was only August that I was wondering about. There were just too many bullish patterns are some key tech stocks.

As to GE, seems word is flowing that the Bush administration is going to require GE to dredge a good portion of the Hudson River, where one of their plants long-ago polluted the environment with PCB's. I imagine that a good portion of the potential costs are already booked, but it creates and additional level of uncertainty with Welsh retiring. Certainly, did not like the fact that the story broke the morning after I bought the stock. Another good reason not to hold overnight.

However, if I'm going to be in the penalty box, I feel fairly comfortable in GE.
