I did listen to the Avanex conference call and wrote up a Fred Hager article in response that goes into more detail. But basically the numbers really sucked, the outlook really sucked, the Cisco thing was interesting, if still too early to hang one's hat on, and none of the fundamentals have really changed, other than you get the sense of the bottom and you get reassurance that AVNX will not be running out of cash anytime soon. This said, the big news for me was PowerMuxNG, trials later this year, and PowerShaper 10 Gb, trials in December. This is the company right here. Everything else that happens to the stock is momentum at this point in time and general market sentiment. Tinker
