Bobby, the April low was not associated with either the number of new lows (about 400 vs more than 800 in December), nor tick reading (there was no string of consecutive negative 1000 or more, like last may, and last December). It is possible, however, that the eradication of a large number of issues from the Naz in the December /April period skewed the data, that is why I am trying to find out the rate of decline in total Naz issues over the last year.
