Ron: You have lamented in the past what you see as a decline in public education in America. It is my opinion, based on what I saw with my own kids and their friends, that public schools are actually doing a better job than ever in educating the top end (advanced placement programs) and the low end (special education), but it's that middle 30-80 percentile that is the problem area ... where we're losing ground.

Any thoughts?
