So does this sound like a legitimate concern on the part of the management? or there is some hidden agenda? If it is any consolation to Mr. Horowitz, I haven't sold any of my shares either! At least the spread is narrower as of late.

regards
JK

Active Apparel concerned about stock price

NEW YORK, June 18 (Reuter) - Active Apparel Group Inc is ``very concerned'' about the drop in the company's stock
price and is investigating the situation, the company's chief executive said in a letter to shareholders.

``I personally have never sold one share of my stock and continue to believe very strongly in the future of this company,''
George Horowitz wrote in the letter.

He also said Apparel added Everlast women's bathing suits to its product line.

Apparel's stock plummeted to 8 from about 15 in heavy volume in the week of May 19 to 23.

Apparel was trading Wednesday afternoon at 5-1/8, up 1/16.
