Has it troubled you as it has me that the WTO "free market" corporate monarchists held their last meeting in a police state, Brunei, and are proposing to hold their next meeting in a police state, Qatar? Somehow this free trade thing is ringing real f*cking hollow. They simply don't want another Seattle or Genoa, where real people are barred from the gates and get uppity. It's a lot easier to be a conspiracy and and cabal in a closed country. Free trade, my ass. These guys are a joke. Unfortunately, at our expense. Che was right.
