No offense, Don, but I think you're a little delusional. People like you and I, who frequent message boards on esoteric issues like DRAM, make up a very, very, small percentage of consumers. Just go ask 5 average Joe's or Sally's tomorrow to name the different kinds of memories available for computers. Not one will even know what RDRAM is, and if one does, he or she will likely neither know who designed it, nor any of the history underlying RMBS litigation. This issue is the least of RMBS' problems.
