Roll Call on House Patients' Rights Bill By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS The 226-203 roll call Thursday by which the House passed a patients' bill of rights. A "yes" vote is a vote to pass the bill. Voting "yes" were 5 Democrats, 220 Republicans and 1 independent. Voting "no" were 202 Democrats, 0 Republicans and 1 independent. .......................................AS usual the sheepish GOP vote completely on party lines....How disgusting. All spineless creatures.
