NEWS RELEASE! HUGE ZONE REVEALED. Drill Program Update Due to mechanical problems on the diamond drill mobilized to the San Jose de Gracia gold project, the announced drill program was effectively delayed by one week. Two fully reconditioned Longyear Super 38 drills have now been dispatched to the property and drilling will recommence on June 19, 1997 with one drill; the second drill will start up within the following week. The initial target will be infill drilling on the Tres Amigos zone followed by stepout drilling down dip as well as along strike. Trenching to date on the Purisima zone identified a 20 metre wide silicified brecciated highly altered zone over a length of 1,500 metres. Sample results indicate the zone is anomalous in gold and silver. Detailed sampling is ongoing. Results from the program will be released as received and compiled.
