FWIW, Kudlow just posted a chart on CNBC showing M2 Velocity (rate at which money changes hands) negative and accelerating to the downside, despite double-digit M2 growth. Kudlow says that means the Fed needs to pump even more liquidity into the system, but it seems to me that it supports the argument that there is no more credit capacity in the system. Thoughts, anyone?
