Hey! Shorteco! - I don't say that.
As a matter of fact, all these "wise" Street sayins must be attributed to (can't remember his name, but regular Bearon's half-yearly discussion. He mostly trades bonds and is not that successfull, <ng>).
"Buy the rumor, sell the facts" - as I see the futures now -would have to be changed for one of his other favotites: "Buy panic, sell hysteric". LOL.

Now, that is exactly what I intend to do, "buy panic", waiting for blood in the streets. Not a bear anymore, a real vulture...<gggg>
Gimme a nice 20% one day drop and I will be buying. (Could have to wait for another year tho.)
