Agile Software issues Q1 warning (AGIL) By Michael Baron

Agile Software (AGIL) is warning that it expects to report a pro forma loss of 9 to 11 cents per share on revenue of $22 million to $23 million for the first quarter ending July 31. Analysts polled by Thomson Financial/First Call are currently looking for a loss of 5 cents a share in the period. License revenue for the quarter is projected to come in around $15 million to $16 million. "Market conditions remain difficult, but companies are still choosing Agile's quickly deployed, mission-critical solutions to realize hard-dollar benefits," said Bryan Stolle, the company's CEO, in a press release.
