Bill, you know better than that. Quiet period ending is dependent upon S-1 acceptance. By the SEC. Who are Government Employees. Your military experience should remind you that Government Employees like to have their work completed BEFORE a major holiday.

Thus, their work on the S-1 (barring MAJOR problems) will be before the 30th of June (read 27 June) so said SEC Government Employees can take the week of the 4th for holiday vacations AND just use 4 days of leave.

With such twisted, convoluted logic, it will end on or before 27 June AND provide the week of 30th for announcements for anticipatory build up over the holiday weekend and prep for summer "doldrums" when the rest of the tech sector is getting tanked by the Street. Leaving FTEL to garner the big news and attention for their developing business plan and contracts [fingers crossed here].

(As evidence, look at what the "anal-ysts" published today about the computer biggies. To set them up for profit taking and buying back low.)

Yep. 27 June for me.
