You mean you don't like the answer. But it is an answer nevertheless. As I said I believe the case was decided correctly on adequately stated and justified federal grounds....

Saying that the result was justified by external circumstances does not answer the observation that the Supreme Court traduced its own principles, anymore than "Red" answers the question "Is it raining today?"

No matter how many times you say that the case was decided correctly on adequately stated grounds, it will not convince anyone unless you can build a case for those grounds and that reasoning. To do that you must answer the specific criticisms of the reasoning which I and others much more knowledgeable than myself have laid out.
