I think that those that were pushed out knew what was going on in Mid May when the stock failed to hold $4 and fell apart over the next two months. I originally felt that something had gone wrong financially or that there were problems related to the technology or that something had blown up within the various partnership arrangements.

From yesterdays conference call and report it seems that the financials exceeded projections and we are reducing operating/selling/admin expenses (I get the sense that it must be at least $1-2M per quarter out of the current $12.6M level). The technology seems fine,Hyper TV is making money, SpotOn is now in trials and Disney litigation is moving closer to a trial date. I think that the nCube connection is very, very interesting and may add a VOD alliance into the mix (we have the cash and nCube has excellent technology, worth a visit to their website)
