I don't know much about OSC since I don't have much time to
daytrade,but I find this interesting and would like to see
any information you could post on the subject.
I tend to invest for the long term as long as management can
take the company in the proper direction.

In this regard i'm still puzzled over the company's asking
to increase the authorized shares of common stock from 15,000,000
to 50,000,000. The 15,000,000 were aproved for a 2-1 split
that hasn't taken place. Are the others shares in anticipation
of a merger or acquisition? It would be a big deal.

The company says among other things it's for "potential
acquisition financing structures". I thought usually the extra
shares were asked for after an announcement.
