We only post sites that are down and not working or otherwise useless because we have no purpose in life.
Let's see why we do this. If a site is down or closed then its URL is insignificant. You would get the same information from closed site A as you would from closed site B. So we must be posting the URLs in order to make pretend that these sites are actually different. The other reason why we do this may be because we don't actually realize that these sites are closed.
