richard, RE: His figures are subject to filings with the regulators. Just because a person is a registered investment advisor does not mean that his returns have to be filed with the NASD or the SEC. In fact, it is quite possible that Fred Hager doesn't have to file anything with the NASD or SEC (other than, of course, the fact that he's a registered investment advisor).
