COT numbers are still in favor of bears on Nasdaq....am reading this right? NDX commercials covered 198 shorts but are still short 11604 contracts or 17.16% SPX commercials covered 1085 contracts and are still short 73820 contracts or 9.91% DOW commercials added 811 new long contracts and are now long 4079 contracts for a net long percentage of 12.98% I just updated the COT charts.
