Doyle also owned a company called Australian Platinum that were once quoted as having assayed a sample with "the highest recorded platinum content in the world" -- or words to that effect. Sound familiar? So it seems like Oily used to hop from North America to Africa to Australia repeating much the same thing.

Maybe he should be referred to the International Tribunal in the Hague!
