Bankruptcy is easy, cheap, and relatively painless Much like the US except easier & less painful. Easier in Canada... unless u r a student If u r in debt in Canada, it is very laughably painless to get the debts discharged... just have to wait a little while before u get a new credit card/bank loan etc.
