Hank, Company seek merger or alliance because of certain advantages. In the case of PRLN it would be the two drug candidates that might be pursued in clinical trials. PRLN could have been a very good buy-out target if it remained on target with the two drug candidates. Currently, I don't see why a big company would be interested in acquiring PRLN. The research of PRLN now is not as impressive as before. Jeff Goodman told me that Rhodes is working very hard on different venues to seek for possibilities (to rescue his money or this company). If Rhodes and Babish could just bury the differences and work together for a greater cause! I don't care for the past. What I care is the future. We have not heard much from our perenial bull Paul lately. mike
