Housing stocks are cracking already. Housing permits are down and now construction spending is lower than expected. It's different this time though, you know. ;-O
Only select retailer stocks are still looking healthy.

Now is the time to think: If tech is dead but not yet bottomed, then where are the workers going to come from who buy houses and other products retail? "Immigration" shout the homebuilder ceos! And where do they get jobs? Um... um... just a minute, they're still thinking.

Short selling them? I don't short. But stocks anticipate moves and they are already cracking. By the time most people see it, it will be too late to short and will be time to buy the stocks.
