"Weekly BioRollerCoaster: After ending last Friday's session up 2.3%, the AMEX Biotechnology Index (BTK) fell 2.7% on Monday, July 30, 2001. On Tuesday, the BTK edged up 0.5%, only to drop 0.3% and 1.2%, at the end of Wednesday's and Thursday's sessions, respectively. On Friday, the BTK moved up 0.8%. For the week ending 8-3-01, the BTK closed down 2.88% while the BioBizNet Select Index (BBNSI) declined 1.92%." For individual stocks see biobiznet.com
