Nadine, I am of the opinion that Bill Clinton has commited a profound blunder (among many, Kosovo including) by even engaging Middle East parties in negotiations in waning months of his irrelevant Presidency...What did he hope to accomplish? No Palestinian leader and particularly weak and discredied like Arafat would have lasted a week, were he abandoned Return of the Arab refugees issue, and East Jerusalem compromise would have placed a final nail into his political coffin....The next war is not avoidable IMO and would result in great many casualties on the Arab side... World public opinion would than turn against Israel
naturally, as the occupying regional power. Israel than would be forced to abandon Land for Piece agenda, simply annexing and retreating into the most defensible borders, while shutting them tight....This is the only "solution" that can be achieved over there...modeled on Cyprus solution...Indefensible Settlements would be simply left behind...

The title for the Most Ridiculous agenda does not go to Taba, but to our former Megalomaniac President Bill Clinton..
