thestandard.com Jeffrey Hewitt, principal analyst for Dataquest's worldwide server program, said in the statement. "Sun's UltraSPARC III issues and current poor reputation for service and support hastened its decline and this shows that its incredible momentum from 2000 has dissolved for now." I was not aware of such a poor customer perception of Sun Micro. Is this down to Sun's deception/cover up on the cosmic ray faults, or something else? Or is the Dataquest guy exaggerating/wrong?
