The subject we were originally discussing was: Should a sitting President have to answer civil suits directed against himself while in office? Do try to stick to the subject for once.

In the Supreme Court's stupid decision, they opined that it would not cause any serious disruption to governmental operations to have a President defend a civil lawsuit while in office. I think we've all seen how ludicrous this opinion turned out to be.

I think any sitting President should be immune during his term of office to remove the temptation to use a civil lawsuit as a political weapon of war, as was done with Paula Jones.

But not to worry. If somebody sues Shrub, the Supreme Court will reverse itself.
