Starting with a humoungous deficit, graduating to a disproportionately high deficit and moving into an era of graduated reducing deficient............dadgum, sounds just like an OTCBB emerging penny stock in a recessionary market!

ps I liken "pesky" to one small black woolly projectile, otherwise know as "boy poodle", as opposed to the shuffler, "old man poodle"!
