Hi all; Hyundai v. Rambus is going against Rambus much the same way that Rambus v. Infineon went against Rambus. Nearly 6 months ago I posted legal stuff having to do with their earlier squabble over the secrecy of Rambus' internal memos. (Rambus tried to declare it all completely secret, Hyundai asked for limited use, and the judge declared it to be open to anyone. This resulted in the press having a field day with Rambus' dirty laundry. My account of this activity is here: #reply-15377731 .

Rambus has been attempting to delay all the court proceedings, and why shouldn't they, they always seem to end up losing. In the following, they try to "stay" the Hyundai v. Rambus case, and, as usual, fail:

Eventually the feces are going to interfere with the fan blade in the Hyundai v. Rambus case. But this isn't the "rocket docket" so the mills of the legal Gods will continue to grind slowly.
