well, that depends on what the definition os "is" is. ;-) seriously, savings implies, well, savings. ;-) in fact, it has a very specific definition which isn't "all the wealth saved up." it is a tad misleading, but i don't think it is totally worthless from a trend standpoint. btw, did you know the stock option millions some raked in aren't counted as "income?" great way to hide wage inflation, huh? we live in the era of hyper-manipulation. it is unreal.
