FWIW, I didn't notice any mention of PMs in Barron's this week. Epstein again presents data that supports his view that the economy will not sink into recession.

The GMI/POG ratio this week::

On 8/02, the Barron's GMI was 285.69 down from the previous week's value of 297.22. With the POG up to
267.85 (8/03), the ratio was down to 1.07

The ratio a year previously was 0.93, close to the all time low.
