This kind of thing is common even in the large cap world, let alone in a penny stock. About 50% of resumes have wrong information on them. The only unique thing about this, is that that admitted it. A scientist on LOCH recently resigned for "health" reasons.Another CEO of a large hightech company had served time in jail. The only reason he was found out was that he died. This is a penny with a dubious past in a high risk industry, buyer beware, not for your child's Harvard trust fund :-)
