Yes, I have a basic problem with stupidity. Their reasoning was stupid; it ignored certain basic political realities, and events have shown its conclusions to be asinine.

But as I said before, not to worry. This court has shown it doesn't mind looking nakedly partisan when push comes to shove. If someone sues GW Bush, they will reverse themselves.
