The most obvious beneficiary will be Juniper, although I expect to see Nortel and Lucent gain a little too. In addition, I bet BRCM and DIGL will have 10% gains as a result of a good Cisco conference call. And then of course, the entire tech sector will move strongly upwards as well. Lastly, I think that after the brief euphoria, the market will settle back down and then trend downwards again through the end of Oct.
