Brokerage houses are pretty adept at protecting their own tails and selling someone out while there is still a nickel or two of equity. I heard from a very reputable source about one person who had a 4 1/2 MILLION account which is now worth about $600,000. Another had over $2 million that is now worth about $300,000. I wonder who their broker is ... or WAS.
