UPS, Pacific Century Invest In NetCel360 12/19/99 HONG KONG, CHINA, 1999 DEC 19 (NB) -- By Staff Reporter, IT Daily. E-commerce outsourcing solutions provider NetCel360 has signed an alliance with United Parcel Service (UPS) and announced an investment by Hong Kong-based Pacific Century CyberWorks.
The alliance will enable both NetCel360 and UPS to leverage one another's strengths and expertise to capture the rapidly growing business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce market in the Asia Pacific region.
NetCel360 has selected the UPS Logistics Group as its logistics integrator and enable NetCel360 to offer integrated logistics, warehousing and global supply chain management services.
The firm will also develop a range of services including consulting and market research, Web design and hosting, sales facilitation, customer relationship management, financial and warranty services.
As part of the alliance, UPS has taken an equity position in NetCel360 through its Strategic Enterprise Fund.
