Items 8 - 11 are most interesting being:
8. To renegotiate insider stock options pursuant to CDNX policies.
9. To reserve for issuance, under stock options granted to insiders, shares exceeding 10% of the number of outstanding listed shares.
10. To issue to insiders upon the exercise of stock options, within a one year period, shares exceeding 10% of the outstanding listed shares.
11. To issue to any one insider and such insider's associates, upon the exercise of stock options, within a one year period, shares exceeding 5% of the outstanding listed shares.
Things are shaping up nicely IMO. |
