Michael, Paracelsian has one other thing going for it that it could offer other companies. It has a screening technology that can be used to rapidly sift through candidates to find new drugs for further development. It also has the technology to rapidly detect carcinogens. Unfortunately, Rhodes has two strikes against him in trying to use this technology to entice other companies to be interested in PRLN: 1) He doesn't have the scientific background to understand how this technology works and 2) He is an idiot.

The fact that he hasn't enticed any interest so far does not bode well for PRLN.

I think PRLN has only one hope, and it is a mighty slim hope at that. I am sure that if Rhodes resigned then Dr. Babish would come back. He would do everything he could to launch AndroVir. Of course, even if he were to obtain control of PRLN tomorrow it might be too late. PRLN must be getting low on money. I don't know if they have enough for a successful launch. But if I were still a shareholder in this company I would rather see PRLN go down fighting for its existence instead of curling up and dying as it is doing now.

I have heard another rumor, folks. I can't verify it so I don't know how truthful it is. I heard that the rift between Babish and Rhodes started out last summer or fall over a philosophical disagreement on how to run the company. According to the rumor, Rhodes has always wanted to develop AndroCar and AndroVir into drugs. He never really wanted to market them as dietary supplements. Babish wanted to get them to market sooner as dietary supplements. This would explain why PRLN is refusing to market AndroVir as a dietary supplement despite the fact that the FDA never really said that they could not do this. If this is the case, Rhodes is just using the FDA as an excuse for his not doing something that he didn't want to do in the first place.

If this rumor is correct then if Babish gained control we could be sure that he would do what he could to launch AndroVir.

Again, THIS IS ONLY A RUMOR THAT I HEARD. I can not vouch for it.

I don't like dealing in rumors, but since the company is so reluctant to let investors know what is really going on, it is the only currency we have left to play with.
