You certainly did mention that months ago. But it hasn't happened. Possibly what you read was that pc units in WESTERN EUROPE declined 1%. But for Europe as a whole they have increased. And even more so world wide. The negativists are going to great lengths to spread pessimism. To find a pocket of weakness somewhere and just keep harping on it. I have never seen anyone even claim that Intel and AMD have shipped fewer processors this year than last.
